My name is Soprina Schrei. I am a wife and a mom of 2 boys. I share my home with my furry friends, a german shepherd and a cat. I have always had a love for animals. I have always also had a love for art. I am very detail orientated and a bit of a perfectionist. I started my career in dog grooming back in 2002. Though I now live in Indiana, I did not grow up here. Born into a military family I was actually born in Germany. We traveled a bit when I was small eventually landing in Kansas City Kansas where I spent most my youth growing up. It was there I attended a grooming academy. My home base for my academy was in Kansas City, but I attended a four-week course in St. Louis Missouri, then returned to my store for 16 more weeks of field training. It wasn't till years later in my adult years, that I decided to move to Indiana. I have worked in corporate salon, vet clinic, and private salon. Over the years of working at these salons I have discovered the need and benefits for mobile grooming. It is something I believe lots of pets can benefit from and owners alike. Through my years of experience, I have noticed how dogs behave in different types of environments. Some dogs are super distracted in a busy environment or are afraid of other dogs. Other dogs get sick while traveling to the groomers. Some older dogs need more patience and slow movements. Some dogs experience severe separation anxiety and drool immensely or bark nonstop till the owners arrive. There are dogs that are terrified of cages and crates. Dogs' anxiety can be triggered by lots of things just like people. When I decided to open Sudzy Pawz Mobile Grooming I also decided to make it my mission to create a less stress full environment for the dog so that grooming can learned to be enjoyed not feared.

Sudzy Pawz Mobile Grooming is a service that provides one on one attention to your dog, bringing it right to your home. I am a kennel free facility, and groom from start to finish. I believe in making a positive experience for all involved to the best of my abilities. My unit is a self-contained trailer powered by a generator, so I do not need anything from you. I come equip with fresh and grey water tanks, vacuum, dryers, tub, table, and all the other equipment and supplies a dog needs to get pampered. If for some reason my generator would fail all I need is a 20amp power outlet to plug into to complete the groom. If your dog hates traveling in cars, or you can't make it out for whatever reason, or if your dog doesn't always get along with other dogs, this is a great option for you. Depending on the coat type of the dog, cooperation, size and age of the dog a grooming can usually range from 1-3 hours. I am all-inclusive. This means all services listed are all included. I don't charge for special shampoos or de-shed treatments or bandanas or nail filing or any of that. A cool option for the busy people that have to work or run errands during the day is I offer a latch key service as well. This means that you can leave me with a key, key code, hide a key, or any other way I can enter your home, and I can come groom your dog and leave without you even being there. I do ask for the first appointment you be present in the home so I can meet you and your pet and vice versa and learn all about how you would like them groomed and any other important information I need to be aware of. In all services rendered I ask you to be upfront with any behavorial problems your dog might have. This can include any special way your dog likes to be picked up or any aggression or fear towards anything that may become presentable during the grooming process.
